Training Needs Identification (TNI)
Brunel offers a free consultation to identify the ‘soft skills’ training required with your company. These may be for a selected group or specific individuals. This is essential and should be standard practice to ensure the company is investing in the correct areas of training. Some training needs can be identified at Organization / Company level, but the TNI is a great place to start.
Once training needs have been identified, objectives will be established to show what needs to be achieved. These would need to be agreed by all interested parties and will provide a boost of motivation to employee(s). This can be delivered in many forms and by the end of the training front line managers will understand and be happy to use a common leadership framework; indicators of success will be added which can be reported on.
