The final and arguably the most important phase
After maybe a month of any type of training taking place short follow ups should be carried out with those who have been through the training. Face to face is an option however telephone or skype follow up is the most cost effective. At the end of any training participants will be asked to provide maybe 3 written actions detailing what they would like to improve, change etc. The follow ups would take the form of Coaching sessions to explore how the individual has progressed with their actions.
